FIFA series 400px-Flag_of_Saint_Lucia.svg
v. Saint Lucia

Result:
Spain 5—2 Saint Lucia

Match summary:
This friendly between reigning champions Spain and the small Caribbean island of Saint Lucia began with a bang. Fernando Torres was on a breakaway approaching the fourth minute, when Saint Lucian defender Jamal Joseph tackled him just outside the penalty box. David Villa took the ensuing direct free kick and scored off of it, giving the Spanish an early lead. Saint Lucia got an equalizer off a penalty kick in the 29th minute, when Kenwin McPhee scored in the top left corner, beating Iker Casillas, after being tripped up in the box by Carles Puyol. Spain came right back to re-take their lead, with Fernando Torres scoring an amazing goal straight from kickoff, catching goalkeeper Danny Mitchell off-guard. Spain closed the first half with a third goal, second by David Villa, coming off a corner kick. The initial header by Andrés Iniesta was blocked, but Villa pounded the rebound in. Torres opened the second half the way the game started: with another bang. Actually, it was another breakaway goal. Torres always seems to have a hunch to get open and score 1-on-1 against the keeper. However, Iker Casillas and the rest of the Spanish defense became drowsy and allowed Kenwin McPhee to score a second goal. Andrés Iniesta scored a final reassurance goal off a chip shot, sending goalkeeper Danny Mitchell head-over-heels.

FIFA series 400px-Flag_of_Belarus.svg

Spain 5—0 Belarus
Camp Nou, Barcelona, Spain, friendly

Match summary
The friendly between the national teams of Spain and Belarus, an Eastern European nation, was an intense one, beginning and ending with sparks. The game started dangerously for the Spanish in the seventh minute when Belarusian star striker Vyacheslav Hleb was tripped up by Gerard Piqué just outside the penalty area. Iker Casillas punched the resulting free kick, also by Hleb, out of danger for a corner kick. The corner failed to make it into the net, instead rolling out of bounds for a goal kick. The resulting goal kick became an assist for Casillas, as David Villa beat Belarusian goalkeeper Syarhey Vyeramko from outside the penalty box, giving the Spanish a 1—0 lead in the 12th minute. After Vyeramko saved a shot on goal by Andrés Iniesta, the resulting corner kick gave Spain a 2—0 lead, when Iniesta headed in the ball into the back of the net in the 23rd minute. Approaching halftime, David Villa attempted to shoot at the Belarus net, but was tackled within the penalty area. No penalty kick was given by the referee, a sure and intentional foul, and will cause controversy later on. David Villa got a second goal to extend the Spanish lead to 3—0 when he shot on a breakaway from outside the penalty box shortly before the halftime whistle. After a nasty tackle and an almost goal for Belarus, David Villa completed his hat-trick to give Spain a 4—0 lead in the 77th minute, heading a ball from Xavi Hernández on a corner kick. Nearing the end of stoppage time, Fernando Torres got on a breakaway and nearly scored, narrowly punched away by Vyeramko. During the ensuing corner, Villa again scored off a header at the back post. The matched ended 5—0 in Spain's favor, to the delight of all the fans at Camp Nou.

I quite like the Fifa series and have quite a lot of them, but please..

6: In general, we allow double posting (what is the point in strict rules), but, please do not double post to spam. Unless it is illogical to do otherwise, please edit your previous post instead of writing a new post

I'm not sure, but could all posts be merged into one?

Ya that would be a good idea.

I wouldn't consider it SPAM though unless bruce is trying to get his post count up, (and wouldn't be surprised if that is the case Razz )

I've edited the site rules. I know it's annoying, but please re-read them for the latest update on things. I've edited the double post rule (as well as some others). Double posting is still allowed, but I've clarified things a little with it. Forum rules

Make no mistake. Nobody is in trouble here. I've just decided to go ahead and update it. Smile
